The materials are presented using visual techniques and effective adult learning principles. Mission-critical training can be obtained from one central source.

Flexibility: Courses are accessible 24 hours a day 7 days a week. This provides students with the flexibility to participate in training when and where it is most convenient. Students can "attend" a course anytime, from anywhere - at home, the office, a hotel or even the beach.

Self Paced: The online course offers students the chance to participate in classes on their own schedule. Employees can learn at their own pace, allowing learners to speed up or slow down as necessary. Sections can be skipped or repeated as many times as needed. Training generally takes less time than live, instructor-led classroom training.

Excellerate Online maintains a complete record of course work. We also maintain an record of the number of courses taken and the progress made within each course. Our transcript service enables all of this information to be emailed to you, your employer or any other organisation, at your discretion

Once your registration and payment has been received your course enrolment package and materials will be sent to you.

Cancellation and Transfer Policy

Students who need to transfer sessions or cancel their course enrollment must send notification by email. There is a 100% refund for any cancellation request made before the start of the class and upon the return of any course materials to Excellerate.

Refunds will be made, less a $100 cancellation fee, if requests are received within 10 business days from the start of course and after the return of course materials, if applicable. 

There are no refunds for cancellations received by Excellerate more than 10 business days after the start of the class.
